About Carolyn:
Carolyn is our patient booking administrator with 10 years front of house / administrative experience within NHS GP practice and a background in aesthetics as a client coordinator.
Carolyn considers it a privilege to ensure patients are fully informed and supported throughout their journey and is proud to be part of the team.
She has a kind, caring nature, a genuine passion for patient care and promotes self-confidence.
Having previously lost a significant amount of weight herself; experienced life and the aging process first hand she has great insight into how this can affect us physically and mentally impacting our self-esteem.
When not at work Carolyn is a mother to 3 grown up children, can be found walking her dog, at a Pilates class or enjoying time to relax and travel creating a good work life balance.
