Dissatisfaction with the body can be the cause of a lot of unhappiness, particularly in today’s appearance-obsessed culture. Our body shap is largely and try as we might we can always fashion the body that we want without surgical intervention.
Elena is renowned for the artistry of her work and she can dramatically improve the shape of your body using one of the following procedures:
Pregnancy or significant weight loss can leave excess skin and overstretched lax muscle in the abdominal and upper pubic area. An abdominoplasty will remove the excess tissue and tighten the muscles giving you a flatter, more sculpted stomach.
This is a combination of a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast enhancement surgery to restore the areas changed during pregnancy and breast feeding.
This is an excellent solution for stubborn fat deposits that resist diet and exercise. It is a particularly effective technique for women who accumulate fat around the thighs and hips.
Elena also uses liposuction for fat transfer when fat is taken from one part of the body and used elsewhere to add fullness or volume.
Elena offers labiaplasty to correct the shape and size of the labia minora. Asymmetrical or over-large labia can be both a cosmetic and functional issue but Elena can help with this straightforward surgery.
Gynaecomastia or male breast reduction is becoming increasingly popular as men are realising that they don’t have to suffer in silence with enlarged breast tissue.
In Elena’s hands, this surgery is straightforward and can be life-changing as the body anxiety created by this distressing condition can be considerable.
This procedure removes excess skin and tissue from the male breast area using excision and liposuction. The result is a more contoured and masculine-looking chest area.
Shampoos and supplements promise much for the hair loss sufferer but in reality, the only permanent solution is a hair transplant.
Modern techniques have made transplants safe and effective and Elena’s clinic offers the most up-to-date procedure.
The FUE is considered the gold standard of hair transplants. It provides natural looking and permanent results with minimal scarring
You may not yet be ready for facial surgery but there is still plenty that Elena can offer to rejuvenate your skin and reduce the signs of ageing.

A light touch often brings the best results with injectable treatments and Elena’s philosophy is the same as for her surgical interventions: to preserve and enhance your natural beauty.
Elena believes that the following procedures will give great results:
To address lines and lack of volume with injections of collagen
To reduce fine lines and refresh the face while maintaining a natural look
A remodelling treatment that uses Hyaluronic Acid to stimulate collagen production, adding volume and elasticity to the skin for as long as six months
A non-surgical alternative to a facelift that uses fine sutures to ‘lift’ the contours of the face. The effect lasts up to two years.
It is common to develop skin tags and lesions on or just under the skin as we age. Once they have been identified as benign by a dermatologist, they can be left alone. However, if you find them unsightly or irritating, then you can have them removed at the Elena Prousskaia clinic in Swindon.
